What is GalleryPlanner Pro?

GalleryPlanner is designed to be free for core planning forever, including Smart Fill and Auto-Layout. For multi-project editing and Pro export outputs, we offer GalleryPlanner Pro.

Flexible Pro options. No subscription required. Choose a short Pro Pass (3-day, 7-day, or 30-day) or Lifetime Pro.

1. Core Creation Tools (Included on Free and Pro)

These tools are available on every plan:

• Unlimited Frames: Add as many frames as you need.

2. Free Access Policy (One Editable Project)

Free users get one editable project automatically, with no trial signup:

• One Editable Project: Create and customize one project at a time.
• Load Shared Projects: Loading .gwall files is free, but additional loaded projects are view-only for free users.
• Save/Load Project Backups: Save Project (.gwall) and Load (.gwall) are free on desktop and mobile.
• Limitations: Free mode cannot export Hanging Guide PDFs, export shopping list CSV, export 4K PNG snapshots, or export high-resolution cropped photo ZIPs.

3. Pro Access (Pass or Lifetime)

Ready to get serious? Pro unlocks account-wide access.

Free users still keep the standard snapshot export, which is a smaller JPEG with a watermark.

Need to compare options, keep alternates, or work across several rooms? Pro unlocks editing across all loaded projects instead of limiting free users to one editable project at a time.

With Pro, you can:

• Keep multiple active projects without swapping your one free editable slot
• Load shared .gwall files and continue editing them right away
• Compare alternate layouts without flattening everything into a single project

Ready to order prints? Export your photos pre-cropped to match your frame dimensions in a high-resolution .zip file. We even handle DPI calculations to ensure your prints look sharp.

Pro only: High-resolution cropped photo ZIP export is not available on the free tier.

📦 Export Bundle

Need multiple deliverables at once? Export Bundle lets you run your Pro exports together in one flow and remember your preferred selection on this device.

Note: Direct Save Project (.gwall) is free on every tier. Export Bundle is Pro because it runs multiple outputs together in one convenience flow.
