- Use Export / Import Project to back up or move a project to another device as a .gwall file
GalleryPlanner works like an app installed on your computer: everything you make is saved on your device, never on our servers. Pro purchases are tied to your account so Pro access syncs across devices — your project data does not. Keep a .gwall backup of any project you care about. Questions, refunds, and support
Pro is one-time. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. Pro Passes don't start counting until you activate them, so you can buy whenever it's convenient.
