Refund Policy

See when GalleryPlanner Pro purchases qualify for a refund, how to request one, and what timing, billing, or payment conditions apply to your order after checkout.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid GalleryPlanner products.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of each product type:

  • GalleryPlanner Pro (Lifetime)
  • GalleryPlanner Pro Passes (for example, 3-day, 7-day, or 30-day pass)

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Note: For Pro Passes, duration starts on first use, but refunds remain available during the full 30-day purchase window.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@gallery-planner.com and include:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Order or receipt number (if available)
  • A request for refund

No explanation is required, but would be helpful.

3. Processing Time

  • We target processing within 5-7 business days after request review.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Timing for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and may also be subject to applicable Lemon Squeezy platform terms and dispute or chargeback policies.

4. Eligibility Rules

  • One refund per product type per customer.
  • Repeat purchases of the same product type are not eligible after a prior refund for that product type.
  • If a refund is issued, associated Pro access is revoked.
  • We may deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • For Pro Pass purchases, pass activation timing and expiry are defined in-product and at checkout. A refund revokes any active or ready pass entitlement.

5. After 30 Days

After 30 days from purchase, sales are final and no refund is available.

6. Subscriptions

GalleryPlanner does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro Pass and Lifetime Pro are one-time purchases under current pricing and product structure. If subscription products are offered in the future, this policy may be updated with subscription-specific billing and cancellation terms.

7. Technical Issues

If you are having a technical issue, contact us first at support@gallery-planner.com. We will try to resolve the issue before a refund decision is finalized.
